Alex Morf has signed on to play the unhinged assassin alongside Javicia Leslie‘s new Caped Crusader
Holy casting news, Batman!
We are hearing reports that Alex Morf has signed on the dotted line to bring an-all new incarnation of Victor Zsasz to Gotham City in Batwoman Season 2. Morf is no stranger to the Gotham City landscape after popping up in ‘Gotham‘ and now, Entertainment Weekly is reporting that the seasoned actor will be returning to deliver a version of Zsasz described as ″a charismatic, skilled hitman with high, unpredictable energy. He proudly carves tally marks onto his skin for every victim he kills.”
Zsasz has been making a name for himself in recent years after menacing the GCPD in multiple episodes of Gotham, and more recently in Margot Robbie’s sublime Birds of Prey: And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn (read our review) – and now, the assassin will be bringing his lethal skill set to bear on Javicia Leslie‘s new Scarlet Caped Crusader.
This comes just days after the reveal of Javicial Leslie sporting her new Batsuit. Exciting times ahead for Gothamites everywhere!
