S.H. Figuarts Review | IG-11 (The Mandalorian)

Thomas unpacks the new IG-11 action figure from Tamashii’s Mandalorian collection

The third and final Star Wars figure of 2020 for S.H. Figuarts is from The MandalorianIG-11 and it is a Bandai Web Premium exclusive. Although exclusives are the norm for Marvel, it is not for Star Wars but it may very well become the case as the upcoming figures are all exclusives. This one comes with two interchangeable hands, 2 blasters, 1 detonator armor part, and a bag to carry The Child! (The Child is sold separately).

Figuarts is known to make figures that are slightly shorter than they should but this one is the exception! It is to scale compared to The Mandalorian. It’s quite a tall figure. Unlike Hasbro, they nailed the figure making sure it would stand and not fall too easily. The difference is all in the plastic these two brands use. The same could be said for the Battle droid.

Figuarts also added a weathering effect to the figure which makes it even more beautiful! This figure has 22 points of articulation, you can get great poses without having to worry if this figure will fall easily because it stands on its own perfectly!
