Gerard Butler’s ‘Greenland‘ finally gets permission to launch in the UK on Amazon Prime Video
At long last, Gerard Butler’s Greenland is coming to the UK. The gripping disaster movie was set to release in the summer of last year. But the COVID pandemic pretty much curtailed any hope of a theatrical release. But thankfully, Amazon Prime Video is on hand to save the day!

GREENLAND ON PRIME VIDEO
Amazon has confirmed that the movie, which also stars Deadpool’s Morena Baccarini will officially launch exclusively on Friday, February 5.
In the action-packed disaster-thriller Greenland, a family fights for survival as a planet-killing comet race to Earth. John Garrity (Gerard Butler), his estranged wife Allison (Morena Baccarin), and young son Nathan make a perilous journey to their only hope for sanctuary. Check out the official trailer below:
This is wonderful news. Greenland was one of our top picks of last year, and sadly, COVID curtailed its berth at the cinema. The film was picked up by HBO Max in the US, but UK fans have been left fearing the worst. But with Amazon on hand to save the day, 2021 is kicking off in a stellar fashion.
Save the date in your calendar. Greenland arrives on February 5th.
