HBO Max Drops New Posters For Zack Snyder’s Justice League
With the clock ticking down to March 18 – HBO Max has shared another new black and white poster for Zack Snyder’s Justice League
It’s almost time for us to experience ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE. And HBO Max is making sure the hype train is running at full steam ahead. Today, the streamer has dropped another gloriously atmospheric new key art poster for the movie. And although isn’t that dissimilar from the original one-sheets from 2017, it heightens the excitement and then some.
The poster reveals our assembled heroes walking towards their destiny. And although we’ve seen this image before, the new black and white color scheme give it a fresh new look. Check it out below:
We now know that Zack Snyder’s Justice League will be released in its entirety – and not in two parts as originally intended. But that hasn’t stopped Snyder from ending the film with a cliffhanger. One that sadly, will probably never be resolved. And while speaking at IGN Fan Fest, Snyder teased his grand finale:
“Well, it was meant to be two more movies. It hints as you would, at a potential other world. I’d plant the seeds as I had wanted to of what would come in the later films. That’s in there, but as far as those stories that would be to come — if ever that happened, which it does not look like it would — but I think it’s easy to speculate based on that and we can talk about that for quite a while. It is a cliffhanger … The movie ends in a massive cliffhanger, yeah.”
Snyder teased that his vision of Justice League 2 would have explored Batman’s nightmarish post-apocalyptic world. A desolate time where Darkseid’s influence had changed the world forever. Snyder teased that Darkseid “definitely is in full effect (in the Snyder Cut). He’s running the show. He’s there. I don’t want to, again, spoil it but, yeah, he’s definitely there.”
In ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes.
Now united, Batman (Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher), and The Flash (Ezra Miller) may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad, and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League will debut on HBO Max and wherever movies are streamed on March 18th.
