May The 4th (Star Wars Day) is shaping up to be a landmark day. Aside from the 70-minute series launch of The Bad Batch, Disney Plus is treating us to an all-new Simpsons Star Wars parody. The animated short will feature Maggie Simpson in The Force Awakens From Its Nap!

In a daycare far, far away… but still in Springfield, Maggie is on an epic quest for her stolen pacifier. Her adventure brings her face-to-face with young Padawans, Sith Lords, familiar droids, Rebel scum, and an ultimate battle against the dark side, in this original short celebrating the Star Wars galaxy.
And if that isn’t enough to have us igniting our lightsabers with glee, the Star Wars landing screen has been treated to a makeover. The homepage now boasts some glorious new fan art which will be expanding throughout the week. The entire saga will be getting a fresh new look, and we were given a sneak peek. Check it out here.
But the fun doesn’t end there. Disney Plus will be the home of some super-fun interactive events. Fans can look forward to enjoying a flyover of key galactic locations in Star Wars Biomes but walk through classic ships in Star Wars Vehicle Flythroughs.
