The Walking Dead is coming to Disney Plus. You heard right. All ten seasons of the hit zombie series will be debuting on Star on Disney Plus on July 2nd. What’s more, the final season will be making its UK premiere on the streamer this August.
Disney Plus UK confirmed the news this morning with a suitably fun teaser image before the official word hit the wires a few hours later. That means EVERY EPISODE EVER will be available to binge-watch this summer. From the moment Rick Grimes wakes up in a zombie-infested world to Negan’s world-changing slaughter, every story arc will be available to subscribers.

With the addition of Star, Disney Plus has added a whole new dimension to its programming. Giving fans a wider choice when it comes to mature content. Recently the streamer added hit movies like Ridley Scott’s Alien prequel Prometheus, Robert Rodriguez’s Predators, and a ton of Die Hard movies. But they are just the tip of the iceberg. There are tons more. And now, with The Walking Dead debuting in July, the streamer is gearing up to become THE go-to streaming service. And with Loki set to launch on June 9th, who could argue with them.
