Peter Mayhew’s wife sends a warm Wookiee welcome to The Book Of Boba Fett’s Krrsantan actor Carey Jones. The new Wookiee on the block!
In case you were trapped inside the Sarlaac pit and unaware of current events, there’s a new Wookiee on the block. And his name is Krrsantan. The mighty Wookiee bounty hunter has made a big impression during his time in The Book Of Boba Fett. And now, he has been welcomed into the Wookiee fraternity by the family of the original Wookiee, Peter Mayhew.
Peter’s beloved wife, Angie took to social media to welcome actor Carey Jones to the family. And to let him know that Peter would have loved his performance as the ferocious gladiator.
“Warmest Wookiee welcome to Carey Jones who is playing fierce Black Krrsantan in the Book of Boba Fett. You have some giant shoes to fill, welcome to the Wookiee family! Peter would have loved seeing a Wookiee truly unleashed!”

Krrsantan has been a very welcome addition to Boba Fett’s standalone series, and we cannot wait to see him unleashed in the finale. After pulling out the arms of a Transdoshan in his last appearance, we couldn’t be more excited to see him clashing with the Pykes. And if you throw The Mandalorian into the mix, the last few episodes are shaping up to be something very special indeed.
