It’s Bring Home The Bounty Time and Hasbro is bringing new characters from The Mandalorian to The Vintage Collection! Plus, Black Krrsantan makes his debut in The Black Series collection.
It’s time for another week of Bring Home The Bounty reveals and Hasbro is bringing its A-Game! This week, the toy giant is bolstering The Vintage Collection with new characters from The Mandalorian; as well as a highly questionable Black Series debut for Black Krrsantan. So strap yourself in and let’s explore the reveals.
THE VINTAGE COLLECTION
First up is Koska Reeves, portrayed famously be WWE superstar Sasha Banks (aka Mercedes Varnado). An intricate member of Bo-Katan Kryze’s Night Owl squad, Reeves teamed with Din Djarin to capture an Imperial cargo cruiser; as well as its complement of Imperial weaponry.

Next up, is Axe Woves. Another member of Bo-Katan’s Night Owls squad. Woves, (named by Star Wars creator George Lucas) was on hand to overthrow the imperial forces inside the Imperial Cruiser. And in doing so, liberated countless crates of Imperial munitions for their cause to restore Mandalore to prominence.

And last but not least, the final addition to The Vintage Collection is Migs Mayfeld. After being incarcerated by the forces of the New Republic, Mayfeld was liberated by Din Djarin in exchange for his assistance in locating Moff Gideon’s Imperial light cruiser. And this new figure depicts Mayfeld sporting his Imperial Transport Trooper Armor.

THE BLACK SERIES
Moving onto Hasbro’s flagship Black Series brand, we have the debut of Black Krrsantan. But not the version we are used to seeing in The Book Of Boba Fett. This figure depicts the character from his Marvel Comics appearances. Fans and collectors have called the quality of this figure into question. Mostly due to it being an obvious respray of our beloved Chewbacca. Albeit with a new head sculpt. But also, because the figure fails to live up to the quality we have come to expect from the brand.
Hasbro has set the retail price at $28.00 and will be available from the usual retailers. But given the backlash, Hasbro is going to have a hard time clearing it from the shelves. Especially as fans were expecting the version from his live-action appearances. Thankfully, the figure won’t arrive on shelves until Spring 2023, so maybe the obvious flaws will be corrected between now and then. But that remains to be seen.
STAR WARS: THE BLACK SERIES 6-INCH BLACK KRRSANTAN Figure

Fans and collectors can imagine scenes from the STAR WARS Galaxy with this premium STAR WARS: THE BLACK SERIES 6-INCH BLACK KRRSANTAN figure, inspired by the STAR WARS comic book. This figure comes with 2 entertainment-inspired accessories that make a great addition to any STAR WARS collection. Fans and collectors can display this fully articulated figure featuring poseable head, arms, and legs, as well as premium deco, in their collection. The 6-INCH SCALE BLACK SERIES figure is detailed to look like the BLACK KRRSANTAN character from the STAR WARS comic book and features premium detail and multiple points of articulation.
