Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts sees the ‘On My Soul’ music video for the featured song released alongside a ‘New Sound’ featurette.
The music video of the featured song ‘On My Soul’ from Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts has been released. The song is available to stream from your preferred music site, featuring the talents of Tobe Nwigwe, Nas, and Jacob Banks. The video has been directed by Tobe Nwigwe and features cameos from some of our Autobot friends in their vehicular disguises. It will fit the new movie quite nicely.
The new score from the film is the subject of the ‘New Sound’ featurette. As we will discover, the film’s composer, Jongnic Bontemps, wanted to bring an urban feel to his music. He brought in the film’s director, Steven Caple Jr. as well as Tobe Nwigwe to listen to his music, and to get their take on it. What he has come up with has blown away both Caple Jr. and Nwigwe, with both saying it fits the film’s narrative perfectly. And it sounds like a great score to go alongside the action we will see on the screen.
SYNOPSIS
Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure with the Autobots and introduce a whole new faction of Transformers – the Maximals – to join them as allies in the existing battle for earth. Directed by Steven Caple Jr. and starring Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, the film arrives in cinemas on June 8, 2023.
Set in 1994 Brooklyn, Noah, an ex-military electronics expert, and Elena, an artifact researcher, are swept up in a three-way conflict between the Maximals, Predacons and Terrorcons as they aid Optimus Prime and the Autobots in a war to protect Earth from Unicron’s arrival.
