Jason Statham now leads the team with the final appearance of Sylvester Stallone, the return of Dolph Lundgren, and new team members in the first trailer for Expend4bles.
After The Expendables 3 underperformed at the box office, due to the PG-13 rating, talks of a fourth film have come and gone. That is all about to change on September 22nd when the fourth film, now titled Expend4bles shoots its way into theaters. Sylvester Stallone has stated this will be the final time as Barney Ross, so Jason Statham now takes the lead while Stallone gets the ‘And’ credit. The film also features the return of Dolph Lundgren as Gunner Jensen, and Randy Couture as Toll Road.
Joining the cast this time is Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Megan Fox, Tony Jaa, and Jacob Scipio. Levy Tran, Sheila Shah, and Eddie Hall also feature in undisclosed roles. Iko Uwais has been cast as the lead villain. And Andy García plays a CIA agent. The first trailer for the movie has been released. And thankfully, we are back in R-rated territory.

THE FIRST POSTER
The first poster for the film has also been debuted. The classic skull makes a welcome reappearance but this time, it features a more punk look to it. Of course, the spikes are represented by knives and guns, as was to be expected. But it still gives us chills as we stare at it. Take a look below:
