Get your first look at the new DC Multiverse Blue Beetle movie action figures from McFarlane Toys
McFarlane Toys has revealed our first look at the new toys from the upcoming Blue Beetle movie. Although most DC fans are still swooning over The Flash, the toy giant is already gearing up for the next big DC bonanza hitting cinema screens in August. And boy are they pulling out all the stops. Today, the DC Multiverse line is being bolstered by the reveal of two 12-inch statues and three 7-inch figures from the film. The bulk of the reveal gives us our first real look at the Blue Beetle suit worn by Jaime Reyes in the movie. However, the final figure showcases the movie’s main villain Carapax. THE MOVIE
DC’s Blue Beetle will be the third of FOUR major motion pictures coming from DC Studios in 2023. We’ve already witnessed the return of Billy Batson in Shazam! Fury of the Gods, but following in the footsteps of Andy Muschietti’s The Flash, a movie touted as one of the best comic-book movies of all time is a tough ask. Blue Beetle hits our screens on August 18th before Aquaman explores the Lost Kingdom and rounds out the DC calendar year in December.
RELEASE
These incredible new figures are expected to drop sometime in August in conjunction with the movie. Which makes sense. It’s also worth noting that pre-orders have already gone live in the United States from all the usual vendors – so check your favorite seller today. Fans in the UK will need to watch their usual importers to get theirs. Either way, McFarlane Toys has knocked these figures out of the park and soon we can all add them to our collections.
