
Get ready for a Christmas you’ll never forget in the first trailer for DC’s Merry Little Batman – coming to Prime Video this December
Holy new trailer, Batman! The festive season is approaching fast and the big streamers are busy lining up their winter watchlist ready for our viewing pleasure. And leading the charge is Prime Video. Today, the streamer has unleashed some Christmas cheer by dropping the first trailer for DC’s MERRY LITTLE BATMAN – and if you were hoping for some festive superhero hijinks, you’re in luck.
The trailer reveals a Gotham City reveling in a crime-free environment for the first time in living memory. So much so that the Caped Crusader is looking forward to a peaceful Christmas with his son. But when the Justice League calls Bruce away and The Joker hatches a plan to steal Christmas, Damian charges into action – in his own Bat style! But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. SYNOPSIS
In Merry Little Batman, when young Damian Wayne finds himself alone in Wayne Manor on Christmas Eve, he must transform into ‘Little Batman’ in order to defend his home and Gotham City from the crooks and supervillains intent on destroying the holidays. Merry Little Batman stars Yonas Kibreab (Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi) as Damian and features the voices of Luke Wilson, James Cromwell, and David Hornsby.

Merry Little Batman is the first of many DC projects heading to Prime Video. Alongside a treasure trove of DC’s biggest blockbusters, the forthcoming Batman: Caped Crusader series will also make its debut on the streamer. What’s more, Prime Video has ordered two seasons of the show which is fronted by Batman: TAS visionary Bruce Timm. Joining Timm in the creative room are Matt Reeves and Hollywood royalty JJ Abrams who complete the dream team.
Mike Roth directs Merry Little Batman from a screenplay by Morgan Evans and Jase Ricci. Roth also serves as executive producer alongside Sam Register. The all-new animated Christmas adventure will land on Prime Video on December 8th.
