Get ready for some web-slinging action in Fortnite. Discover the new Spider-Woman skin and spider-themed accessories in the Marvel x Fortnite collaboration.
Get ready, Spider-Man fans, because the Spider-Woman has arrived in Fortnite. Just days after the Fortnite x Marvel ABSOLUTE DOOM Battle Pass began its final stages and the map changed to feature new Fortnitemares POIs, Epic Games has announced that Jessica Drew is swinging back into action. The glorious new skin is based on the character’s appearance in the comics and comes with some cool spider-themed accessories.
Marvel and Epic Games have gone above and beyond to bring this skin to their player base, and the set reflects their efforts. In addition to the skin, the set boasts the Venomous Blade pickaxe, a Spider-Woman Classic weapons wrap, a Venomous Web back bling, and a Festival instrument. Rounding out the set is the customary LEGO variant for use in the Fortnite LEGO maps.

MY SPIDER SENSE IS TINGLING!
This set is a premium collection, considering the accessories included, and the cost reflects that. However, Fortnite will always split the components to make the set more affordable. Should you wish to buy the whole set, it will set you back an eye-watering 2,500 V-Bucks. Unfortunately, Epic Games continues the frustrating practice of bundling the musical instruments with the set, causing prices to rise. For those of us who don’t play in the Fortnite Festival arena, we’re either buying the set and ending up with an unwanted instrument in our locker or paying extra for just the components. Read on for a breakdown of the cost for each component.
- Spider-Woman Bundle: 2,600 V-Bucks
- Spider-Woman Skin (With Venomous Web Back Bling and LEGO variant): 1,500 V-Bucks.
- Venomous Blade Pickaxe: 800 V-Bucks
- Spider-Woman Classic Weapons Wrap: 500 V-Bucks
- Venom Keys Musical Instrument: 1,000 V-Bucks

RELEASE
Thankfully, this latest release is only the first of many planned for the rest of the year. In addition to new variants of Venom and Deadpool, Disney announced a treasure trove of new characters at this year’s D23 Expo. The first wave has already hit, with The Incredibles and the Disney Villains now available in the item shop. But these are just a few of the planned new characters set to debut.
This week, new Symbiotes from Venom: The Last Dance are set to arrive in the item shop, sparking excitement for Eddie Brock’s/Venom’s potential return after years. The character’s shop tab has just been updated to the new format, suggesting that his long-awaited return could be imminent. With the film debuting in cinemas this week, the timing couldn’t be better.

The future looks promising for a productive partnership between Epic Games and Disney, and long may it continue. But who will join The Disney Villains on the map next? Will more Spider-Man adversaries arrive to stir up trouble? Will additional X-Men come to unleash their mutant power? Are more Star Wars characters incoming? Or will the Symbiotes bring about the return of Eddie Brock/Venom? All will be revealed in the coming weeks…
The Spider-Woman skin is now up for grabs in the item shop and will remain available until October 27th.
