First Look | Hot Toys Grogu (Star Wars: The Mandalorian)

Take The Mandalorian with you wherever you go with this new life-size Hot Toys Grogu figure!

As part of Hot Toys’ exclusive items for Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025, the company has announced a new life-size figure of Grogu based on his appearance in The Mandalorian season 1. Limited quantities will be available at the Hot Toys store during the event. However, unlike the Galen Erso figure, this one is not an exclusive and will receive a general release afterward. This updated figure includes a crossbody bag, making it easy for you to carry Grogu wherever you go!

Once a student at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, Grogu survived Order 66 and was hidden away. After the birth of the New Republic, a Mandalorian bounty hunter named Din Djarin found Grogu and rescued the Force-sensitive alien from the Imperial remnant. Grogu and Din Djarin traveled the galaxy as a clan of two as Grogu’s attachment to Djarin gets strong.

Today Hot Toys is excited to officially introduce the astonishingly detailed life-size collectible figure of Grogu.

The skillfully crafted collectible figure is based on Grogu’s appearance in The Mandalorian, featuring a newly developed head sculpt with white fabric hair, a newly designed body with articulated arms and legs for collectors to pose Grogu realistically, a carefully tailored fabric robe, and a crossbody bag that any Grogu’s parent can use to travel with Grogu as a clan of two, everywhere without boundaries.

Before embarking on a silver screen adventure with the Din’s in 2026, it’s best to reserve a life-size Grogu and delve yourself into the world of The Mandalorian. This is the way.

THE EVENT

Star Wars Celebration Japan is set to take place at the Makuhari Messe from April 18-20, 2025. We had a fantastic time at the last event at the ExCel Arena in London.
