May The 4th: Disney+ Celebrates Star Wars Day With New Artwork for The Skywalker Saga

Head over to Disney+ and explore the Skywalker Saga with all-new artwork dedicated to the movies in the galaxy far, far away…
It’s Star Wars Day, and as always, Disney+ has pulled a surprise rabbit out of the hat. Like previous years, the streamer has given the Skywalker Saga a fresh coat of paint for May 4th. However, unlike previous years, when fan art was used to create something truly memorable, this year, the icons of the saga are featured front and center. From Monday, May 4th, the entire saga will be treated to one-of-a-kind artwork.
THE SKYWALKER SAGA
Kicking off with the Prequels, Darth Maul takes center stage for The Phantom Menace, while Jedi Master Yoda uses the Force for Attack of the Clones. Anakin and Obi-Wan’s epic duel on Mustafar is used for Revenge of the Sith before we head into the Original Trilogy. A New Hope is dominated by Princess Leia Organa and R2-D2, while the Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Vader, uses the dark side in The Empire Strikes Back. Rounding out the Original Trilogy is Return of the Jedi, featuring Luke Skywalker unleashing his lightsaber.
The Sequel Trilogy kicks off with The Force Awakens and BB-8, while The Last Jedi reunites us with Kylo Ren, boasting a reforged helmet. And finally, The Rise of Skywalker takes us back to Tatooine for a rendezvous with Rey. But thankfully, the journey doesn’t end there, because the “Star Wars Stories” have also been gifted a new look. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story boasts a new image of a hopeful Jyn Erso while Han and Chewie complete the circle on the cover of Solo: A Star Wars Story. Feel the Force and take a closer look below.
