Thomas embarks on a time heist and returns with the new Iron Man Mark 43 reissue from S.H. Figuarts
Iron Man MK-XLIII from Avengers: Age Of Ultron is one of many Iron Man suits to be rewarded with a reissue to commemorate the release of Avengers: Endgame. It’s not just a repack, Figuarts has changed the paint app on this one and the colors as well.
For this second release, Figuarts chose a more vibrant red that gives the figure a better metallic feel! And the feet are actually made of metal so that’s why the figure is heavy. The paint app is excellent and the armor is screen accurate! My only problem with the armor is the helmet feels too small, Tony’s head would hardly fit in there.
This figure comes with 8 interchangeable hands, 2 reactors effects, and 4 hand effects. It’s nice to have included effects with the figure, though these feel more like Anime effects than realistic effects. The figure has 28 points of articulation when you have an Iron Man figure that’s definitely needed for the best action poses!
I tried to put the Tony Stark head on this armor, the peg is too big for the head but if you just want to put it on the neck it fits, you just can’t move it.
An amazing Iron Man figure! With Figuarts, it can’t go wrong!
