Ray Winstone joins Scarlett Johansson in Marvel Studios’ Natasha Romanoff standalone movie
The highly-anticipated Black Widow movie is currently filming and another actor has been added to the growing list of faces hired to make this standalone film a home run for the beloved (now deceased) Avenger. Ray Winstone is that actor and I have to say, I’m kind of excited. Granted, I’ve only seen him in Noah and Hugo but his resumé invites the impression that he could be perfect for this imminently gritty/dark superhero origin story. I mean he played a role in the Oscar-winning film, The Departed, so that’s a good sign for sure.
As Spider-Man: Far from Home nears so does San Diego Comic-Con, which Kevin Feige has already announced will have a substantial Marvel presence, meaning our first look at the Black Widow movie is potentially right around the corner.
Oh my goodness, I’m excited just thinking about it.
