The stellar series is rewarded with a new poster to commemorate its move to The CW
With Swamp Thing recently being rescued from the depths of despair and granted a whole new lease of life on The CW, the network has released a stunning new poster to commemorate the move. The poster was released via the show’s official Twitter account. Check it out below:
In what is being celebrated as a victory for the fans, the network has acquired the rights to broadcast Swamp Thing on their channel and bring the series to a whole new legion of fans. The series is expected to debut in the fall in place of the traditional line-up of DC shows which is currently on hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Starring Derek Mears as the title character, Swamp Thing follows CDC Doctor Abby Arcane, played by Crystal Reed, as she investigates what seems to be a deadly swamp-born virus in a small town in Louisiana but soon discovers that the swamp holds mystical and terrifying secrets. When unexplainable and chilling horrors emerge from the murky marsh, no one is safe. Maria Sten, Jeryl Prescott, Jennifer Beals, Virginia Madsen, Will Patton, Michael Beach, Henderson Wade, Ian Ziering, Kevin Durand, Andy Bean, and Adrienne Barbeau make up the supporting cast.
UK fans can currently enjoy the entire series on Amazon Prime Video.
