A new International poster for Adam Wingard’s Godzilla Vs Kong reveals the epic underwater fight between earth’s mightiest monsters
A new poster for Adam Wingard’s Godzilla vs Kong has popped up online. And it reveals more of the epic fight between the mighty monsters. So far, a great deal of the marketing for the movie has been focused on this epic battle. A clash that takes place atop an aircraft carrier. The trailer sets the tone for the scene which reveals the monsters trading blows – until both tumbles into the depths…
The newly released poster showcases the continuation of the battle which takes place beneath the waves. After falling from the carrier, the monsters continue their clash with Kong seemingly getting the upper hand. Hold your breath and take a look:
UNDERWATER ACTION
How Kong can hold his breath underwater during this fight remains to be seen. After all, the mighty ape is still mortal – despite being a far more powerful version of the eighth wonder of the world than we’ve seen so far. But one way or another, this battle appears to be an epic confrontation. One that will undoubtedly set the tone for the rest of the movie. And if the recently revealed “Sometimes Friends Fight” book is anything to go by. Both monsters will be teaming up by the end of the movie to fight the real villain of the piece.
The film stars Alexander Skarsgard, Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Eiza Gonzalez, and Jessica Henwick. Alongside Julian Dennison, Demian Bichir, Millie Bobby Brown, Kyle Chandler, and Zhang Ziyi. Lance Reddick, Hakeem Kae-Kazim, and Shun Oguri make up the rest of the cast.
Godzilla Vs Kong will release in selected theatres and on HBO Max from March 31st.
