This week on The Official Chart, Argylle shoots in alongside those Mean Girls, leaving Aquaman to resurface at the top!
Welcome to The Official Film Chart.
THE UK TOP TEN
This week sees three new entries and two re-entries arrive on the chart. To make way for these titles, it is the end of the chart road for Dune, The Hunger Games: The Ballad Of Songbirds And Snakes, Anyone But You, Poor Things, and Napoleon. But where have these newcomers and returnees entered the chart? And what is occupying the top spot for the Easter weekend? Let’s take a trip through the placings to find out.

AQUAMAN RESURFACES AT THE TOP OF THE CHARTS!
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom sprints back up to Number 1 on the Official Film Chart. Flying 22 places week-on-week, following its release on disc, it earns a second week at Number 1 in total; it debuted at the top of the Official Film Chart on 14 February. (Read our review here.)

OPPENHEIMER TAKES A TUMBLE!
The big winner at this year’s Academy Awards, Oppenheimer, takes a two-place tumble this week to Number 4.

ARGYLLE SHOOTS HIS WAY INTO THE TOP TEN!

BARBIE IS ON HER WAY DOWN!

THE EQUALIZER 3 IS RUNNING LOW ON CHART AMMO!
The Equalizer 3 is running low on chart ammo as it drops a place to Number 8.

THE GHOSTBUSTERS GET SOME NEW (AFTER) LIFE!
At Number 9 is Ghostbusters: Afterlife, which rockets 21 places following the release of its sequel, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire in UK cinemas last week. (Read our review here.)

ALL OF US STRANGERS RETURN!
Finally, entering the Top 10 for the first time this week is the fantasy-drama All Of Us Strangers starring Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal, which lifts one place to Number 10.

IT IS (ALMOST) TIME FOR CHOCOLATE!
And that is the Easter top ten titles. PVOD this week delivers the drama The Iron Claw starring Zac Efron in the true and tragic story of the Von Erich Brothers. The brothers made history in the competitive world of professional wrestling in the early 1980s. However, tragedy was never that far away from them all. The film gained brilliant reviews upon release with some critics claiming Zac Efron was robbed of an Oscar nomination.

Will the film gain a top-ten place next week? Can it power slam its way into the top spot? Time will tell. So, until next week…
Whatever you decide, whatever you buy, stay safe, be kind, look after each other, happy Easter, and happy viewing!!
