The latest trailer for Avengers: Doomsday has arrived from D23 and focuses on the threat of Doctor Doom.
The big reveals from Disney’s D23 Expo just keep getting bigger, and Marvel Studios has just unleashed another tantalizing glimpse at one of the MCU’s most highly anticipated movies. This time, it’s Avengers: Doomsday stealing the spotlight with an all-new Special Look trailer that puts Robert Downey Jr.’s Victor Von Doom front and center.
The new footage offers our best look yet at the terrifying threat facing Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, while giving us a fascinating glimpse into the man hiding behind the armor. And if there’s one person who knows just how dangerous Victor can be, it’s Susan Storm Richards. Played by Vanessa Kirby, Sue delivers a chilling warning about the threat Doom poses to their universe. After all, Sue and the other members of the Fantastic Four knew Victor before he became one of the MCU’s most formidable villains. That history gives her warning an emotional weight that makes the footage all the more intriguing.
As Sue recalls how the world broke her former friend, the fear in her eyes says more than a thousand words. Victor may be gone, but the scars he left behind are clearly still there — and if this Special Look is anything to go by, the Avengers are going to have one hell of a fight on their hands.

And that’s just the names we know about! Throw in the growing list of rumored appearances still swirling around the internet, and Avengers: Doomsday is shaping up to be an absolutely colossal MCU reunion. We all thought Avengers: Endgame was the ultimate Marvel crossover, but with the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, the X-Men, and a whole host of familiar faces heading into battle against Doctor Doom, this could be the movie that actually dares to go one step further.
