Dave Filoni’s Star Wars: Tales Of The Jedi is confirmed as a series of animated shorts featuring various legacy characters including Count Dooku, Ahsoka Tano, and Qui-Gon Jinn
Dave Filoni must be the busiest guy at Lucasfilm. Just minutes after presenting The Mandalorian panel at Star Wars Celebration; the legendary director switched stages to help announce his latest series of animated shorts. Titled Star Wars: Tales Of The Jedi, the new series will follow Jedi from the prequel era including Ahsoka Tano, Count Dooku, and Qui-Gon Jinn.


EPISODES
Three episodes will be devoted to everyone’s favorite apprentice Ahsoka Tano. And she will be reunited with her master Anakin Skywalker, as well as a duel with a new red lightsaber-wielding villain. And Battlefront II alumni Janina Gavankar will be lending her vocals in a landmark role as Ahsoka’s mother. Liam Neeson is returning to voice Qui-Gon Jinn alongside his son who will portray a younger interpretation of the character. And a young Count Dooku will fight alongside Mace Windu during the series’ limited run.

RELEASE
Star Wars: Tales Of The Jedi will be streaming in the fall of 2022 exclusively on Disney+.
