EA has shared a new promo for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor featuring Mark Hamill training Cameron Monaghan in the ways of the Force!
With just hours before the game hits the shelves, EA has dropped a hilarious new promo for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. In the wonderful tongue-in-cheek video Star Wars legend Mark Hamill schools Cal Kestis actor Cameron Monaghan in the ways of the Force. Or is it the other way around? Ignite your lightsaber and check it out below.
Playing as a Jedi may look easy, but in Motion Capture Session 386, Mark Hamill pops in to offer actor Cameron Monaghan some advice on his role as Jedi Cal Kestis in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor. Wise words and questionable training methods from Mark will hopefully give Cameron the edge he needs as he continues his journey from STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order™.
The story of Cal, Merrin, Greez, and Cere continues in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor, an epic new adventure that will push Cal further than ever as he fights to protect the ones he loves against a galaxy descending into darkness at the height of the Empire’s power.
Picking up five years after the events of STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order, STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor is a third person, narrative-driven action-adventure game from Respawn Entertainment, developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor will be available on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC.

This new promo is hilarious and clearly demonstrates the close ties Hamill still has with Lucasfilm. And long may it continue. After all, Hamill was crucial to the return of Luke Skywalker in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. And he even lent his iconic vocals to characters in Mando and Rian Johnson’s The Last Jedi. Moreover, Luke Skywalker is rumored to make an appearance in Cal Kestis’ latest adventure, so who knows where Hamill will pop up next! But having him still involved in the franchise this far down the pike is wonderful to see!
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor hits the shelves from EA tomorrow. Will you be grabbing a copy of this year’s most anticipated game? Sound off below.
