Add the awesome Newt Scamander to your Fantastic Beast action figure collection this December

The Medicom Toys Mafex collection has cemented its status in recent years as the premiere line for top quality, authentic action figures with its remarkable DC, Marvel and Star Wars ranges. In recent weeks, new incarnations of X-Men characters Wolverine and Cyclops have been unveiled which have delighted collectors around the world and sent them scrambling to import vendors to secure their all-important pre-orders. And now, Medicom is about to appeal to a whole new audience with its Fantastic Beasts collection.

Despite being teased for a while now, Medicom has finally released several official images for its upcoming Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald Newt Scamander action figure which will be released this December. The 6.1″ tall figure will include a wand, multiple heads (smile and serious), Niffler, alternate hands, one of which features the adorable Pickett and two trunks. This feature also includes alternate coat pieces. Check out the images below.


This figure looks amazing and is bound to be finding its way to the top of many collectors’ Christmas lists, and with the third film in the series set to enter into production in the near future, the timing couldn’t be better to add Newt to your collection.

Newt Scamander will be released in December 2019.

  1. To be honest, I think the figure looks terrible. The hair is throwing me off. I mean, Newt’s hair is clearly redder than that. Other than though, it’s okay. *shrug*
