Spock explores his Vulcan heritage in the newest promo for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds is warping towards its release on Paramount Plus. The series, which follows the adventures of Captain Christopher Pike launches on the platform on May 5. And eager to ensure we are suitably excited, the streamer has given the order to launch the promo campaign with an injection of impulse power. What started as a juicy sneak preview has grown into a fully-fledged promotional campaign with almost EVERY character being featured.
And today, the streamer has debuted a seventh new character expose. Just hours after we were introduced to Cadet Nyota Uhura and Lieutenant La’An; Lieutenant Ortegas, Hemmer; Dr. M’Benga, and Christine Chapel, it’s time to welcome back Mr. Spock. Check out the promo below.

THE LOGICAL CHOICE
Ethan Peck made a big impression when he took over the role of Spock in Star Trek Discovery. And his return in Strange New Worlds along with Captain Pike and Number One is one of the biggest appeals of the series. When the dust settles, it’s going to be fascinating to see how the trio works together on the bridge of the Enterprise. And with the series promising to lean further into Spock’s heritage than ever before Strange New Worlds has already cemented itself as the must-see TV event of the year.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds stars Anson Mount as Captain Pike, Rebecca Romjin as Number One, and Ethan Peck as Spock. Joining them are Jess Bush as Nurse Christine Chapel, Christina Chong as La’an Noonien-Singh, Celia Rose Gooding as Cadet Nyota Uhura, Melissa Navia as Lt. Erica Ortegas, Babs Olusanmokun as Dr. M’Benga and Bruce Horak as Hemmer.
The series premieres on Paramount+ in the US on May 5, 2022.
