The latest character poster drop from Star Wars: Ahsoka reunites us with Grand Admiral Thrawn, Ezra Bridger, Captain Enoch, and The Great Mothers
With the jaw-dropping sixth episode of STAR WARS: AHSOKA now streaming and delighting fans everywhere, Lucasfilm has continued the weekly character poster drop. And for the latest addition to the catalog of glorious one-sheets, we are traveling to another galaxy far, far away…
Making their triumphant return this week, Morgan Elsbeth and her gang of mercenaries traveled between galaxies and were reunited with Grand Admiral Thrawn. They got more than they bargained for however when The Great Mothers and Captain Enoch emerged at his side. The Great Mothers were revealed as the descendants of the Dathomir Witches. While Enoch had been charged with the command of Thrawn’s legions of Night Troopers. Sabine Wren, on the other hand, was finally reunited with her long-lost companion Ezra Bridger who was taking refuge with a new species previously unknown in the GFFA. Of course, Thrawn, Ezra, Enoch, and The Great Mothers are just a few of the characters that will carry this new series forward. But it is refreshing to see these legends of the expanded universe being pushed to the forefront. Traditionally these posters drop within hours of the latest episode launching on Disney Plus. And this week’s new release is no different. So we are eating well with Dave Filoni’s breathtaking series and long may the feast continue. After all, we’ve already been treated to posters for Ahsoka, Hera, Sabine, Baylan Skoll, Shin Hati, Morgan Elsbeth, Huyang, Chopper, Marrok, Sabine’s Loth-Cat, Mon Mothma, Jacen Syndulla and Carson Teva. More recently, Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano (Padawan), and Clone Captain Rex arrived to bring The Clone Wars back to the fore. Check them out here.
But who will be joining Thrawn, Ezra, Enoch, and The Great Mothers on a glossy poster next week? Will the Night Troopers be rewarded with a new poster?
