The long-awaited follow up to the brilliant original film is extremely close to opening around the world and the fans are desperate to find out all they can about it. And it didn’t disappoint. Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, and writer/director Patty Jenkins took part and showed a lot of behind the scenes footage of the new movie and answered fan questions.

DC FanDome Wonder Woman 1984 Panel

All the stars took part in the panel and gave us a few surprises. Venus Williams made an appearance via video and asked a question about who would win in a tennis match between Diana and Barbara (Wonder Woman & Cheetah) which gave the panel a chance to laugh about it, Kristin Wiig revealed that Gal Gadot accidentally pulled off her wig during filming and Pedro Pascal revealed he was horrified by the 1980s power suits he had to wear. But of course, they had to hold back one final surprise. And it just had to be Lynda Carter herself who joined in and shocked and surprised the assembled.

But leaving the one final treat until last for all the fans, the cast and Director unleashed the second trailer for the film. And boy, was it a doozy! Not only did we get to new footage from the film which looked amazing but we have finally been given our first look at Cheetah in all her glory and taking the fight to our Amazonian warrior. Hold tight and take a look:

Worth waiting for wasn’t it? And to top it all off, we have been given hints at exactly how Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) can return in the new sequel. The trailer didn’t spoil too much and left us gasping for more. Thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, we have had to wait for the film to make its way to us. It looks like the wait has been worth it and that the world’s box offices will tremble once more in total wonder at what Patty Jenkins and company have brought to the screen.
