The Batman: Is Robert Pattinson Right To Portray The Dark Knight?

Is Robert Pattinson the best choice to slip into The Batman‘s Cape and Cowl? Max has his reservations.
Some people say that Christian Bale is the best Batman. Others are old school and say they only have eyes for Michael Keaton. Heck, there might be some fans out there who thought Ben Affleck was best. In 2022, the newest Batman will be Robert Pattinson. I was very skeptical about this actor because he is mostly known for his portrayal of that sexy vampire, Edward Cullen in the film adaptation of the Twilight book series. While sexy and Bruce Wayne/Batman go hand in hand, The Batman sexy is more like a rugged, manly handsome as opposed to pretty boy handsome, which is what Pattinson exudes.
ROBERT PATTINSON
Pattinson as an actor is decent, but not one of my favorites by far. I never liked Twilight, but I remember him as Cedric Diggory from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Just recalling that memory, makes me think how young and green that Pattinson is. And how he cannot play a sophisticated adult playboy billionaire like Bruce Wayne. True, Pattinson is much older now but he still looks like a teenager. I can see him playing a young Bruce Wayne in a flashback, but he is just too skinny to be the Batman!
VOCALS
Even his voice isn’t rugged enough to come out of Bruce Wayne’s mouth. His slight build, his boy next door looks; his voice, everything is just wrong! Sure, moviemakers may transform him into something amazing, and I will eat bat as I did with Affleck. But I have a sneaking suspicion that I am correct. If I was casting Batman, I would immediately go for Daniel Craig, as he is perfect for the role (having played James Bond). And now that he has retired that character forever, his schedule is arguably open. I think back to the awesome fan-created web series called Bat in the Sun, and sadly theirs IS the best Batman.
