Discover the actor’s transformation into a charming villain in a new featurette for Paramount’s The Lost City
In all types of action-comedy movies, you need a strong villain. But what Paramount Pictures’ ‘The Lost City’ contains is a charming, gentleman villain in the unlikely shape of Daniel Radcliffe. His performance as Abagail Fairfax in the film comes as quite a surprise. But the actor somehow manages to steal the show from under Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum. All charm and grace one minute, childishly angry the next, it is an inspired performance. With the film hitting U.K cinemas this week, a new featurette has been unveiled. It is time for us to meet the gentleman bad guy:
Brilliant, but reclusive author Loretta Sage (Sandra Bullock) has spent her career writing about exotic places in her popular romance-adventure novels featuring handsome cover model Alan (Channing Tatum). He has dedicated his life to embodying the hero character, “Dash.” While on tour promoting her new book with Alan, Loretta is kidnapped by an eccentric billionaire (Daniel Radcliffe). He hopes that she can lead him to the ancient lost city’s treasure from her latest story. Wanting to prove that he can be a hero in real life and not just on the pages of her books, Alan sets off to rescue her. Thrust into an epic jungle adventure, the unlikely pair will need to work together to survive the elements and find the ancient treasure before it’s lost forever.
‘The Lost City’ opens in UK cinemas on April 13th. Book your tickets NOW!
