It’s a great time to be a Ghostbusters fan.
Not only are we finally getting a legitimate sequel to the original Ghostbusters movies in 2020, but this coming October, the highly popular Ghostbusters: The Video Game is being remastered for a whole new generation of fans.
The game was originally released back in 2009 to rave reviews, especially for its incorporation of all four of the original Ghostbusters, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson, and even, Bill Murray. Franchise originators Aykroyd and Ramis also helped write the script for the game, which was originally published by Atari.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered will be released on October 4th for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The game has now been remastered in full HD for the best possible Ghostbusting experience.
